- Provided services to new Virgin Lounge – located airside
- Knowledge of working within airport constraints

  cables, prior to strip out of works
- Works included diverting existing services, and installing new

- adhered to BAA’s 1 in 1 million Health and Safety requirements

Car Park 3 Gatwick Airport

Provided Mechanical and electrical services as part of fit out to Warings.

- New lighting systems and controls throughout
- Emergency lighting system, Removal of Hose Reels
- New Fire Alarm system. New drainage and wash down facilities
- Installation of data cabling for bay monitoring system
- Co-ordinated with main Warings and other specialist sub-contractors
- Programme critical as revenue lost whilst car park was closed
- Works undertaken during the day to maximise hours of light
- Works completed 6 weeks ahead of target programme
- Additional works accommodated within target programme.

IBM - Portsmouth

- Stripping out of services to large 4 storey office development
- Building to be split up to accommodate various tenants within  different floors
- Undertake surveys of all live systems, including mains electricity, data,   communications and fibre optic cables
- Identify, trace and label all relevant existing cabling within building
- Remove all cabling not required for new layout
- Maintain services within existing service risers
- Work undertaken over a 3 month programme period
- Assess and segregate all waste ensuring re-cycling is considered
- Maintain co-ordination with main contractor and other trades

Care home, Greenock

- Design and build for the 3 storey new build 90 bed care home
- Electrical installation, for general & emergency lighting, small power including
- Specialist supplies
- Analogue addressable Fire alarm system
- Integrated addressable Nurse call system
- Access control and main entrance security control system
- Digital TV and Satellite system
- Data and communications system
- Lightning protection
- External services including external access lighting
- Co-ordination with other specialist trades

FMC Technologies Ltd, Dunfermline
